It depends on your goal. You might want patients to sign-up for your mailing list, visit your website, refill their prescriptions, or download your mobile app. You can now encourage these actions through your Facebook page.
Facebook just announced its new Call-To-Action buttons for business pages. These buttons include 7 options:
- Book Now
- Contact Us
- Use App
- Play Game
- Shop Now
- Sign Up
- Watch Video
We believe these will be the most useful Call-To-Action buttons for independent pharmacies:
- Contact Us (to encourage people to get in touch with you)
- Use App (to encourage downloads of your mobile app)
- Sign Up (to collect email addresses for a mailing list)
Facebook is beta-testing (allowing a few select businesses to test) this new feature and can be seen on the Dollar Shave Club Facebook page below – the button is located to the left of the “like” button.
According to Facebook, the Dollar Shave Club saw a 2.5x higher conversion rate with this new button.
This feature is not available to everyone yet so make sure you continue checking your page to capitalize on it as soon as it’s available.
