Every month, the team votes to recognize someone who goes above and beyond. Our Employee of the Month is Jennifer Hoff, Director of Training and Sales Enablement. Jennifer primarily helps us on the training and sales team.
Can you tell me a bit about your background?
Jennifer: I received my degree in radio, television and film. I always dreamed of pursuing a career in news reporting and anchoring, but my passion for that faded. In 2013, I decided to completely change the direction of my career, and I stepped my foot into sales. I started as a sales rep at Yodle/Web.com and did that for 3 years. During that 3rd year, I found myself wanting to have more of an impact within the company and to try something new. The role of Trainer opened up, and I jumped right on it. I was a trainer there for almost 3 years. Last year, a sudden change at the company led me to start the job hunt. It was scary at the time but in hindsight, it was the best thing that could have happened to me. It led me to Digital Pharmacist!
Why Digital Pharmacist?
Jennifer: I chose DP because of the startup structure and all of the familiar, friendly faces that I worked with at my past company. I truly love coming to work every day. I love the teams that I work with, the collaborative processes, and the appreciation I feel every day — not many places make you feel like that.
What’s something people might not know about you?
Jennifer: I am a single mom to an 8 year old little boy who is my world. I also love to dance, and I’m pretty proud that my son has rhythm 🙂
