Understanding the app’s value is so important (and hard to do if you haven’t used it yourself). Once you’re familiar with the app, you’ll have an easier time conveying the value of it to patients.

Don’t worry, we know there’s a lot of information about your app and you might not remember all of it. But there’s good news – I’m going to refresh you and your staff on everything you need to know through one of our “Mobile 101” webinars. Make sure someone from your pharmacy attends one. We host them every Tuesday at 10am and every Thursday at 3pm.

It would be really great if your app could just promote itself, right? Luckily we have the next best thing – a few simple things you can do in the pharmacy that will go a LONG way.

Run a 30-day “Mobile Launch Promotion” to kick-start your app.

Sometimes people need a little push to see just how great your new app is 🙂

This is where an initial incentive promotion can really help. Once patients have the app and start exploring the benefits, they’ll start using it!
