Digital Pharmacist’s IVR comes with the option to set up a separate voicemail for doctors so they can submit prescriptions and approve refills efficiently. Your pharmacy experience dashboard routes all messages to a single place, so you can retrieve and access voicemails instantly. Any computer with internet access can log in to the dashboard through a secured account. Our visual voicemail feature shows you the caller’s phone number, voicemail preview, and allows you to play the recording or download it to listen to later.
