In case you missed our last blog post about reputation management, you can access it here.

In this blog post, we will illuminate how important online reviews really are and what platforms people are using to leave reviews.

To help give you a better idea, we compiled and looked at nearly 2475 patient ratings and reviews posted on third party platforms. Most of these reviews were posted on Google, Facebook and Yelp.

In fact, 66.1 percent of these reviews were posted on Google. While 23.8 percent of the reviews were posted on Facebook. On Yelp, that number was 5.7 percent.

Overall the ratings were 4.4 stars.

When asked why they love their community pharmacy so much, patients overwhelmingly focused on eight areas:

#2 Helpful and very accommodating (Goes above and beyond)

#3 Treats you like family

#4 Personalized and great service
