Option 1 – Download the app and configure it via text messages
In this scenario, patients receive a text message with a link to download the mobile app. Once they have downloaded the app, they click a link in a second text message and then the patient will experience the pharmacy-branded app.
Option 2 – Patients nominate their pharmacy based upon location and name
In this scenario, patients download the Digital Pharmacist app. When they open it for the first time, they will nominate their pharmacy based upon location. Once they have made their nomination, they experience the pharmacy-branded app.
