Q: What does this mean for my existing RxWiki or Telemanager services?
A: Your existing services will continue exactly as they are today. There will be no change. Over the coming months, we’ll be working hard to integrate the product offerings of both companies so you’ll have access to even more products with even better features.

Q: Who do I contact when I have questions about my existing service?
A: Your contacts remain exactly the same. On the Digital Solutions side, you can email us at [email protected] or call us at 877-959-7550. For Communications Services (TeleManager), you can email [email protected] or call us 974-679-7500.

Q: Does my price change?
A: No.

Q: Will anything change about how I pay?
A: No, nothing will change. You will continue to pay for your services in the same way as you do today.

Q: What does the new logo mean?
A: We wanted to create an image that represented what we do. The “Digital Pharmacist” encompasses the comprehensive suite of tools that you have to communicate with your patients. The cross is the universal symbol for pharmacy. And the 3 clover flower within the logo represents life. Therefore, we believe that this logo perfectly represents what we, together, are trying to achieve.
