Sneak Peek: What’s New with RxWiki

While you’ve been helping patients achieve better health outcomes, we’ve been busy as well. Making your websites better, adding functionality, and adding new features. So we're thrilled to give you a quick roundup of what we’ve been up to for the last few months.

Reviews

You might’ve guessed it already, but patients have incredible things to say about their local community pharmacy. So we created “Reviews” functionality to give your actual patients (not just random people on the internet) the chance to tell you exactly how much they love you and your team. We quietly released Reviews about three weeks ago to get an idea of what patients would say…and the results are in. Across the network, patients rate their pharmacy an incredible 4.8 out of 5 in categories like efficiency, friendliness, trustworthiness, and good value. That’s a huge win for community pharmacy! Some examples of reviews include:

“The friendly staff and the way they treat you as a person and not a number”

“This pharmacy goes out of the way to help customers to get their medications”

“I love how friendly all the employees are with the customers.  I also like how all the employees ask each customer how they are doing.”

And if the quotes aren’t enough to get you excited about the awesome things patients have to say about community pharmacy, here’s a word cloud for the reviews comments.

In the coming days, we’ll send you a summary of all the reviews for your pharmacy. And in the coming weeks, you’ll be able to see all your reviews via the RxWiki Dashboard. We’ll be using these reviews on your website and in other marketing efforts. Just a reminder – to get more reviews, make sure your patients are submitting their refills via your website or your mobile app.

Coupon Database

Helping patients find manufacturer coupons is something you do to keep costs down, and your patients love you for it. But you’re typically using Google to do this. No more. We’ve already added the RxWiki Coupon Database to many of your websites, and the remainder of the websites will have the feature added in the coming weeks. This means that you, your staff, and your patients can find the coupons they need right on your website (sorry Google). Our hope is that this database will be another way for you to help your patients and build loyalty. To get to the coupons, simply click on the “Rx Coupons” link on your website. Easy as 1-2-3.

Digital Marketing 2.0

Many of you have been taking advantage of our Digital Marketing services to help supercharge your marketing efforts. Here’s some great news – we’ve expanded this product. In addition to Facebook, we now tap into the email newsletter you’re sending to your patients (…you’re not doing that? Talk to your Customer Success Rep!), Promo Cards in your mobile app, and social media like Facebook, Google Local, and Yelp to really spread the word. The best part is that results are guaranteed.
